Recently hotel contracts have been including a new clause - the Early Departure Fee.  I don't recommend that you sign a hotel contract with this clause as it's impossible to guarantee that a member of your group, or an attendee at your meeting may have to depart earlier than the group's scheduled departure date.  Ask the hotel sales manager to omit this clause from your hotel contract to avoid paying for something you cannot predict.  Need help?  My service is complimentary to my customers.  I'm Nancy Nachman, and I'm The Meetings Concierge.  480-991-4125
